LOAD RESISTOR in ATX PSU ! - Everything you need to know(explained)

To clarify the 12V resistor you see at 10:44 , there is no resistor that has voltage rating. Resistor only has resistance in ohms and how much power it can handle. No resistor is limited to 12V, so disregard that, manufacturer made a mistake printing that on, probably to make it sell faster.
