curiosity teardown: Telecom environment control module

This is the ECU (Environment control unit) fro a telecom cabinet that we use at work. It's main job is to monitor the temperature in the cabinet and control teh cooling system.
This one failed, and is not manufacturer repairable, so might as well tear it apart and see what secrets are inside.
