Lorenz Attractor With Sound

I am using an analog computer to make squiggles on a screen. Also, I use it to alter the sound of a melody on my synthesizer. I thought that might be interesting to you! I show a little bit of how this analog computer works, and how I enter equations, but only to the meager extent of my own knowledge. I'm using Bernd Ulmann's book "Analog and Hybrid Computer Programming" to learn how to model dynamic systems, but only applying that knowledge to experimental music. The equation I play with on this video is called a "chaotic attractor" that was created by Edward Lorenz. To learn more about this stuff, follow the links below the index. This video will have tedious sounds but interesting visuals, so please turn down the volume and play your own favorite music (except when I am talking).

I like the definition on Exploratorium's website: Chaotic attractors are quite orderly despite the fact that the trajectories moving within them appear unpredictable.
