Is A Sharp Light
Patrick A Bartmess
This is a description of the process I used to etch an image of Kuan Yen on wood with a laser etcher. I should mention that there are many ways to do it and this isn't meant to be a tutorial. I do try to convey some basic information about lasers and goddesses but both are very complex topics with which I am barely acquainted. My hope is that this video sparks some interest and directs you to a spot where you can start your own explorations. I promised to provide some references for people who want to go deeper, so they are listed below, as is an index.
