You are not an App Developer until you Release an App

Overpass Apps: UK App Developers | I talk to a lot of app developers. But I seem to talk to a lot more people who are "developing an app." I'm always amazed at how many developers have never actually released an app to the app markets (and they may be VERY competent at coding one).
