The Importance of Crash Reporting

Every time I talk about bugs or crashes, someone says "you should have tested---- I never have that problem". So, I'm always a bit wary to talk about them. But they happen. I had this issue with a production build that was not present in any debug builds. And it was compiled using the new XCode version which didn't help. Anyway, thank goodness for phased releases and crash reporting. Today, I talk a bit about that.
