Great developers hate not knowing

The best developers I've ever worked with hate not knowing why something isn't working and stick with a problem until it is solved. The worst developers look to someone else to fix it for them and give up too early. Today, I talk about how that hatred of "not knowing" something leads to developers who constantly expand their skills.
