Today I answer a great question that was asked via email: 'In my country a lot of people go to coding boot camps
to learn mobile development and flooding the job market while not knowing proper coding basics, what is your opinion on the question: "is it worth it to hire a person without CS degree or 3 years experience, in order to pay him/her less"?'

I, myself, don't have a computer science degree. So, I go off a bit here on how I got into IT and how there are a lot of opportunities that we often don't think are available to us.
