PiHut Codemas Advent Calendar Day 6 - Raspberry Pi Pico and light sensor

Today Pheobe and I open and build day 6 of the PiHut Codemas Calendar (17th Dec), adding a light sensor to the Pico.

Things don't entirely go to plan, so there's a bit of debugging too.
