This is a compilation of every Windows startup and shutdown sound, from Windows 1.0 to Windows 11.

Fixes and changes: Added the desktop images for Windows NT 3.1 build 475 and Windows NT 3.5 build 683

Moved Windows 8 build 7700-7880 back to where it should be
