Half Inch Target Clip

This is a redesign of the Hoffman Tactical Target Clip that is for half inch rebar rather than 3/8 inch. I made this because apparently none of the hardware stores in my town stock 3/8 inch rebar. Although I did not remix the file and did the design from sketches I pulled design heavily from the original 3/8 inch clip, without the original model this one would not exist.
