PyDriveWire BASIC development environment
ogStevieStrow
This video brings to a very happy conclusion two projects I worked on last week. The first was showing how I use a PC based tool to manage CoCo DISK images and edit BASIC programs on that DISK image while it was hosted in a wireless SD card on my CoCo.
The second video was an idiots guide to setting up PyDriveWire, and using DWTerm to connect to a BBS via Telnet from Disk BASIC.
In this 3rd installment, I'll bring those two worlds together, and using my PC based DSK tool/editor to edit DSK images on my PC that are also mounted in my real CoCo via PyDriveWire and demonstrate that I can edit the program on either side of my DriveWire and have those changes commit and be accessible on both sides in both directions. Eutopia has been reached!
To discuss this further join us in the #drivewire channel on our CoCo Discord server http://discord.cocotalk.live
