SGI - PS/2 keyboard & mouse converter

This is my latest project, a converter for connecting PS/2 keyboards and mice to an old Silicon Graphics computer, like the Indigo, Onyx, Iris 4D, etc. Newer SGI computers switched to using PS/2 keyboards and mice directly, and do not need such a converter.
