Lightning is random and a force or nature. There's actually very little that can be done to defeat it or control it. The damage it can cause is completely random.

In this Video I take you through the initial "triage" on a lightning damaged NuTone IMA4406, so I can report to its owner what I found and the possibility of a successful repair.
