Reorganizing the application menu on the Linux desktop

In today's video we are trying to reorganize the icons in the Budgie menu by directly manipulating the .desktop files in the system. These changes should work for your user across all the desktop environments, regardless of you using GNOME, Plasma, XFCE, or anything else.
