In this tutorial we will demonstrate how to move a IMAGE not a PICTURE BOX inside of windows form using paint event and timer event. This is the third iteration of the concept of making small apps using the paint even in MOO ICT and we are trying to explore ways to make good looking apps and games using windows form.
