Welcome to this meme maker tutorial. We will be making this meme maker app using windows form application in visual studio using c# programming language. This app will allow the users to upload a meme template, you have two text boxes on the there which controls and the top and bottom text label for the meme, you can change the text color on there and save it as a JPG file when its done.
