In this tutorial we will be making a football (soccer) penalty shootout game in visual studio using Windows Form Application with Visual C# programming language. This was a fun and difficult game to make because the penalty shootouts look very simple to but implement it in windows form application proven to be a difficult task. However we managed to make a fun game and an effective tutorial from all this for you.
