Google Forms is a free online software that allows you to create any kind of forms including surveys and quizzes. Google Forms is a versatile tool that can be used for various applications, from gathering RSVPs for an event to creating a pop quiz.

In this video, I will use the example of a private school and show you step by step how you can create an enrollment form, share it, and collect the responses. By the end of this video, you will be able to:
