The topic of our video today is: How to Create a Data Entry Form in Excel Using Macros.

A macro is an automated input sequence that mimics keystrokes or mouse actions. A macro is typically used to replace a repetitive series of actions in Excel and Word. In this video, I will show you how to record a macro in Excel and automate repetitive tasks like data entry.

Using the example of a company, we will first design a form to enter employee information: Name, Department, Education, Starting Date; then create drop-down menu lists. Once the lists are created, we will draw a database table with the names of the fillable boxes on our form as the header. And finally, we will record a macro that will allow us to automatically import the information entered in the form into our database table.
