ADS-B Decoding with Cheap DBV-T SDR Dongle Tutorial Part 3

Caught an Airbus A-380 and an A-340 this time. These are not very common aircraft in my immediate area so I was a bit surprised. Once I grab some co-ax I'll make a collinear antenna for ADS-B decoding. For a cheap under $20 receiver, I'm simply amazed at all the transmission types and frequencies we can receive.

Neat way to track aircraft on your PC without internet :)

This is using my cheap R820T and a very simple long-wire antenna intended for shortwave radio. No need to get fancy if you just want to get 100- 200 KM around you. So easy and cheap fun :)
