4WD Arduino Robot- Converted to Mars Rover Control

The previous code for this robot operated in a full Bluetooth control mode as well as a fully antonymous driving mode where the robot would just drive around and avoid objects.
This code operates more like a Mars rover whereby it receives the duration of move, direction and distance measuring commands from mission control then executes the moves. The ultrasonic distance sensor is active during the moves as well and will abort the travel if an object is encountered.
