Windows 11 might not run on your computer... and it's not TPM.
MINDtek
The Windows 11 minimum system have been significantly increased. Most people have been talking about how Microsoft's requirement of a TPM 2.0 chip is what's causing the operating system to not be compatible. However, in this video, I demonstrate two systems WITH TPM 2.0 (and Secure Boot) enabled that can't run Windows 11. Why? The processor requirements have been raised to not support any CPU below 2nd generation Ryzen and 8th generation Intel. Don't believe me - watch and see.
