How to create TRUE 21 x 9 video in Premiere Pro

In this video, I show you why you should NEVER use '21x9 cinematic' black bars in your 16x9 video sequences to make "cinematic looking" video. Just by changing one simple setting, you can make your entire video sequence not only look cinematic on 16x9 displays but also fill up the entire 21x9 display (like it should)...

EDIT: After seeing the response to this video, it is clear that it was offensive it its original state. I apologize if you were offended by this video. It was experimental - clearly, this is something I should not do in the future. In order to hopefully imporove the video in its current form, I have: -Removed the intro skit -Changed the title to be less 'clickbaity' If you see that there should be any other changes, please let me know in the comments.
