Monitor Power Switch Reminder. Have you left yours switched on?

Time after time I switch off my video editing PC but forget to turn off the monitor, largely I guess to two things; my age and the fact I cannot see the power light switch! I'm thinking the latter....

Anyway I found if I trimmed, formed and fitted a piece of clear plastic from a cake container just under the on-off/illuminated switch on the monitor it would give a great reflection of the state of power to the monitor.
