Helicoil Vs E-Z lok Round two.

I have often used helicons to repair stripped thread in metal work. They are great and fairly simple to install. What was news to me are E-Z lok inserts. They kind of do the same thing as a helical but are made of a solid piece of steel (or stainless) so are potentially strong.

In a previous video I tried pulling out the threads but the bolts failed before the inserts. Today I try pushing them out.

Still no real winner today!
