Depstech DS500 Endoscope Borescope unboxing and review

I featured a small endoscope a few months ago that I bought from Banggood that connected to a phone or PC. It was fine for what it was but I've now upgraded to the Depstech DS500 self contained, all in one Endoscope or borescope. It has an inbuilt rechargeable battery (charger cable included, USB C) that has a claim of 7hours run time, a 32GB micro SD card, a 5" HD display and 16.5 feet of semi rigid umbilical leading to a pair of cameras on the end which is only 7.9mm in diameter . One camera can look straight ahead while you can switch to a sideways view, although at a lesser picture quality. When using the hand held device you can take photos of what is displayed in the 5"HD display or in fact record it all to video! There is not a sound option. A few tools are included that can be attached to the camera head such as a magnet or hook, just in case you loose your keys! For your money you also get a semi hard storage case which should keep all the bits and pieces together and safe. I like it, and while I won't be using it every day there will certainly be times it will be invaluable.
