Is Your Screenflow Audio Video Out Of Sync? Here's The Simple Fix | Mike Hobbs

Is your Screenflow Audio Video Out Of Sync when you go to edit your videos? So was mine, in fact when I was using my Sony ZV1 as my webcam it was over 8 frames off and got really annoying having to sync the audio each time I shot a video with Screenflow.
