In this video I go over how to use the very useful Substitute function in Microsoft Excel. This function makes it possible to quickly replace a word or phrase in a cell or sentence as well as specific instances of that word or phrase. This can help save you a lot of time if you have lots of data that need to have a few words replaced! I used Microsoft Excel 2013 but this should be the same method for any other version of Microsoft Excel.
