Derivative of Trigonometric Funcitons: Example on Simple Harmonic Motion

In this video I show how simple harmonic motion in the terms of a spring moving up and down can be modeled as a trigonometric function. Also the velocity of the spring can be determined and analyzed by taking the derivative of the trig function.
