Definition of Inverse Functions and Logarithms

In this video I revisit the definition of inverse functions and in particular the definition of the logarithmic function which I had covered in my earlier videos. This is because it was brought to my attention that I had made a notation error in the way I defined the logarithmic function in the video I had made several years ago, titled:

The error I had made arose from the confusing way that the inverse functions are conventionally defined. In this video I go over the conventional definition and illustrate a more clear way to define the definition of inverse functions.
