Writing to a CSV/Text File In Python

Greetings, today we are here with a Python tutorial and we shall be writing a line to a file. It's very simple, we are writing a string to a new line in a file. In this video we use a text file but this works for other files formats too.

If your file doesn't exist, one is created when you try to write to it. We use the with statment to do exception handling and memory managment for us. As it essentially does a try catch and closes the file writer wihout us needing to write more lines of code.

This tutorial will be followd up by reading, editing and deleting records from csv files.
