Emacs? Vim? Just go modal with Emacs!
Hey, this video is a small demo on a package I'm currently working on... it's called marco-mode... super creative name...right?. The main idea was to introduce modes to Emacs while keeping the same mnemonics. Like I mentioned in the video this is not ready as a package but I'll continue to add more stuff and once I finish I'll try to submit it to MELPA at least so that it's more accessible to people. There is also a package called god-mode but I didn't like the fact that they masked the bindings, what I mean is that every time you pressed "n" for example that was converted to "C-n" and it works for the most part unless a certain other package defines "n" and "C-n" separately (like treemacs).
