Thanks to services like Creative Cloud, and a general dropping prices, and increased availability of high-end creative software; pro-video software is in almost everybody's hands right now. But just because everyone has the software, doesn't mean they know how to use it. Limiting your data rate on an export is a great way to maintain quality, but get a manageable file size for online video, and luckily it's a pretty easy concept to wrap your head around...
