Working on the Mainframe (MVS TK4) without using 3270 Terminal

This video shows how you can set up your MVS Tk4 system (JES2 and FTP) so you do not need to do all your work using a 3270 terminal. Why would you want to do this? For one, you have a lot of GUI tools of the mainframe that will make you more productive. Some of these would be source code versioning tool, GUI interfaces. This will hopefully also attract some non-mainframe people to look at working on the mainframe
