How to install Deepin Draw 1.0 on Ubuntu 18.04

In this video, we look at how to install Deepin Draw 1.0 on Ubuntu 18.04. This will work on Deepin as well and all Debian based distros. This is a community based compiled package with the Deepin source code and as it is a deb package it is really easy to extract the package nad look at the code!
