Comparison of AI image generators (2025 update)

Video about AI image generator comparison. By now, most AI image generation engines achieved a level where it is hard to distinguish if it is a real photo or just generated content. Some models produce breathtaking photo-realistic images, though there are still cases when the AI can be spotted by tiny nuances such as the number of fingers on a hand. In this video 21 different AI image generator services will be compared simply by using the very same text-to-image prompt to see the generated result. This list has been updated and the images are generated based on the current state of these generators in 2025 to see how much evolution happened since my last comparison. During each presented AI service, its generated output will be shown as the background image.
