Michele from Harmonic Labs joins me to talk about his alternative smart contract implementation using TypeScript rather than Haskell and Plutus, making onboarding developers that much easier.

Having all your on-chain smart contract code in the same language as all your frontend off-chain code means you have fewer skills and expertise needed from developers to build a decentralised application on the Cardano blockchain.

Having options like this will give developers more options and choices on how they want to develop and write code for Cardano.
