Whimsy Estate is a project looking at tokenising real-world assets, in this case, real estate. Real estate has always been a sound investment strategy for many people, but it suffers from being an illiquid and high-capital asset. This means that if you need liquidity in a crunch, you aren't able to easily access it, and people who are first-time home buyers trying to get into the market struggle to do so.

This combination of RWAs and real estate gives users a new option to invest in real estate with smaller amounts of cash or assets and allows them to change or trade their assets more easily.
