Today's pixel art drawing took a little longer than others I've been drawing as of late. It was done mostly in MS Paint but Gimp 2.10 was used to add some flare to the background. Had I planned for it, I would have drawn that in MSPaint as well, but given that I had already spent so much more time on this Vertiigo tribute than I expected, I thought it wouldn't make much of a difference if I didn't finish this entirely in MS Paint.
This piece is a pixel art drawing of Vertiigo's World of Warcraft - Classic character: Angus McFife... named after a hero in GloryHammer's Rock Opera Trilogy. In this image, he holds a sword with a golden hilt in one hand and the head of a slain orc in another. Kneeling at his feet; which are adorned by golden boots; is the character of Vertiigo's girlfriend, the YouTuber Tank Girl.

She made the mistake of joining the horde and now will be at Angus McFife's mercy when the Horde is annihilated by the might of the Noob Army.
Anyway, while showing you the timelapse video of this Fantasy Art creation, it seemed like the perfect time to discuss the Art of the Story and the artistic power of the story teller over the power of the illustrator. ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWZLXHAnYdw
