This is a WIP ES occultist for 3.7 Legion. Self cast Frost Bolt / Ice Nova utilizing a multi-modded bow and Soul Strike quiver.

I flame dash into things and pop screens with vaal ice nova. It's satisfying. It may not be the fastest but it's powerful.

I like being able to full clear a legion with Vaal Ice Nova. :3
