OpenGL GUI based on blendish and NanoVG

Work in progress user interface on top of custom game engine. Event handling and widget library written in C++, with rendering based on NanoVG and blendish.
The widget components are created as in any other toolkit, however they are re-rendered in each frame.
The menubar is custom made, mimicking the style of other blendish widgets.
