Yet Another Freaking Distro To Be Released

Over the last few years, I've thought that we should have the enthusiasm of Arco Linux, but what if we could make it truly Distro agnostic? What if we could take it to the next level as far as usar-friendly and configurability? Here are some of my ideas before I start my project off.
