Yet Another Reason Why Government Is Inefficient & Stupid

So the Winnipeg municipal government decided to spend a bunch of money and about 3 weeks putting up traffic lights on Peguis in Transcona, near Regent. Except, they decided to make it flash red 24/7. Now there's a massive traffic jam. Well done government. Well done. A round-about would have been far more efficient.
