How to Read & Filter EVM Mempool Transactions (with Ethers.js v5)

This video explains the code used to watch for mempool transactions coming through on EVM blockchains like Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain. We use Ethers.js to listen to new tranasctions and filter them by their "to" address.
