In this AMA, I speak with "Project X / sublayer's" potential Lead Dev, Stan Komarovskyi of Pragmatic DLT

We speak on the following community questions:

What tools do you use to keep track of project requirements? Links to past projects. Do you have any objections about keeping a weekly changelog available for investors to track progress? How would you handle the visability of your repositories? Would you consider pull requests? Community beta testers? What are your thoughts on AMAs either on a reoccuring basis or specific milestones with the assumption it will not have significant impact on development time? Wen NFkey? What other projects have they developed end to end as a team. What is their % of hitting milestones on time or the amount over expected launch it usually is. What networks do they normally develop on. How do you do e2e testing for smart contracts in your new projects? Does the team think integration of subnets later on is an attainable goal, or might this be too challenging to port over? Would it even be beneficial to explore subnets or is this something that the project can probably be successful without? Are there currently API/software integrations that might do some of the crosschain functionality that Jon has described for Sublayer? Or does the team feel a "from scratch" approach is best? I believe we need to release an MVP as soon as possible, any rough ETA for the MVP? What are their projected time lines for the defi loop Expected timeline for raffle. Then the closer of subnet feasibility and what they’d feel comfortable with as a reach goal for that. Also other bridging solutions they can do in the interim quickly. Re: Moving non-native Sublayer NFT’s in/out (using an NFT bridge) of the DAPP. What are 2-3 solutions to not lose the meta-data (value added from Sublayer) when transferring out of the Sublayer DAPP (i.e. non-native NFT transferred from Sublayer on AVAX to ETH block chain) As a UX designer, what are the mistakes you believe most projects make in the crypto space?
