CNC Router Leveling Flycut and Reinforcement

How to flycut a CNC router to align cutting bed with router bit, and add extra bolt supports to table as needed. Bed is made of MDF, which, while it allowed for the warping, is also easy to correct by "flycutting," or moving the router along the entire table to align each properly.
