Up And Downsampling With FFMpeg (@youtube, @ytcreators)

Sometime you need to upsample or downsample your footage, and sometimes you don't want to pay a monthly fee for adobes rent ware and still get the job down. In this quick tutorial I show you how to do so using FFMpeg.
