How Practicing Art 10,000 Hours Stops You from Improving

Growing as a digital artist is hard work. To encourage people to improve, the idea of the 10,000 Hour Rule is raised. It says that accomplishment would require a minimum of 10,000 hours of practice. Sounds reasonable, right? But there's a catch.
