Follow these steps to edit bookmarks in Vivaldi:

How to access bookmarks:

1. Click the "Bookmarks" button on the top left side bar.

How to add a bookmark:

1. Go to a page you want to bookmark.
2. Press CTRL+D on your keyboard or click the bookmark icon on the top right of the address bar.

How to rename a bookmark:

1. Right click a bookmark you want to rename.
2. Select "Rename".
3. Type in the new name.
4. Press Enter.

How to create a folder:

1. Open the bookmarks sidebar.
2. Click on the "New Folder" icon on the top right of the sidebar. NOTE: You must manually rename the new folder, it's the same as renaming a bookmark.

How to permanently delete a bookmark:

1. Right click the bookmark.
2. Select "Delete".
3. Go to the trash can.
4. Right click the bookmark again.
5. Select "Delete" again to permanently remove the bookmark.
